My daughter age 27, thinks I hung a Nazi flag in my yard. It is a Knights Templar flag with a red cross and a white and black field. She and her friends are triggered and need a history lesson and many others. What happened to ask a polite question? What does that flag mean? “Hi, I would like to jump to conclusions” I am afraid too many young people are going to have a tough road ahead of them because of their own ignorance. Wait a minute I have some flags to trigger them, I ‘ll be back.

Dear god, that just hurts me. I’m a history major, so when I hear my generation, especially those older than I am in my generation, incorrectly identify a normal symbol, object of phrase as something worth “triggering” over, I get beyond pissed off. First off, your wrong that’s not what that is! But explaining it to them only “triggers” them further because i’m apparently being “oppressive”. I’m with you Peter! Lets all fly “trigger” flags!

Kids these days, are triggered by EVERYTHING. It is very frustrating. I truly hope my daughters generation is much better, and learn that not everything is handed to them and they aren’t entitled to everything. Also, to not make EVERYTHING to be something it definitely isn’t.

I’m not sure where I heard/read it, so I’m not sure of the creditablity of it, but, I heard that a large number of high school students lean conservative. It was speculated the reason for this is they see how ridiculous college students are.
My point, there is still hope for our future.

One time my daughter got offended at my grandpas Waffen SS uniform, and she says ‘Dad! Grandpa was in WW1?” and I said “No you idiot! Clearly it was WW2!” I made sure she turned on some Alex Jones so she could get a proper history lesson.

The sad part is that the high school students get to college and are surrounded by liberal thinking professors and instructors who consistently push their agenda and create classes who now think as they do. Those in higher learning use and test on their own beliefs therefore churning out more of their kind spouting the ideals and rhetoric of those who twisted them. I work at a university and I see it in about 90% of the faculty. The liberals have found that through education, they can change the world’s mindset and they are doing it on a daily basis!
